How long will the delivery take after I order.

All products orderered will be posted or couriered the following day.  Delivery should take two to three working days.

All items are weighed in house and charged according to Royal Mail and or other couriers we use.  These are charged at cost and costs are stated once ‘added to cart’

If you require a product and the weight limit has been exceeded, contact us on 01547 550121 or info@chilverscountrysupplies.co.uk and we will get a postage/carrier quote for you.  We only do this as postage rates to different areas/postcodes vary according to weight and size.

Why can't I view the postage cost on the shopping cart page?

When you 'add to cart' a product on this website you will not be able to view the cost of postage until you register as a user (new customer) or login (existing customer).  The reason the website does this is that it needs to access your address and work out where you would like the products to be shipped.  For example, if you order from Germany, the cost of postage is considerably higher than that of mainland UK.

How much is the VAT Rate and when is it charged?

VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% with a range of items exempt namely safety wellingtons.  The VAT is calculated at the point of purchase, meaning that the prices of the items on this website are before the standard VAT rate of 20%

Where do we deliver?

We accept orders from the UK, Ireland & Europe on the website.  However we can arrange deliveries to most countries, these are only available by contacting us on telephone – +44 (01547) 550121

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards through Cardsave & PayPal on our website or over the phone.  We also accept cheques (these are only available by telephone orders and by clicking paying by cheque).  Please allow time for the cheque to clear before goods are posted.

Do you have a returns policy?

If any products are faulty or damaged we will accept returns up to 28 days after purchase.  These can be posted back to us at :

Why have I been refunded?

Every now and then we have products discontinued or out of stock in-store.  These may still be available online and have not been discontinued.  A refund will be issued in full if this is the case.  Out of stock items may happen if we are attending a trade show and sold out of a particular product, which may not be in stock for a while after.  A full refund will be issued in this case.  We try our best to make sure this does not happen, but does occur every now and then.

Can we order online and collect in person?

Yes, you can order on the website through email or by phone and arrange collection in  person.  You may collect at any of the agricultural shows we attend throughout the year or by collecting from our premises in Llangunllo.  We have a fully stocked shop of which all of the products are available online.
